Reservation Policy

RESERVATIONS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR LUNCH OR DINNER.

We inform you that from May 20th to October 10th, 2025, during dinner hours, it will not be possible to make a reservation solely for 'having an aperitif'. The consumption of at least one main course will be required.

Please be aware that reservations with more than one monyh in advance are not allowed.

Pets not allowed.

In the event of adverse weather

Reservations made for the terrace will be automatically canceled as long as it starts to rain or the weather is very bad after 7:00 p.m. on the same day, with no possibility of being relocated inside.

Spaces/Zones

Only the spaces available on the day and at the time you have chosen will be displayed in the form selector. If any of our spaces does not appear, it is due to full occupancy.

In the drinks area we will not have reservable tables.

In the chill out area we will not have reservable tables.

Group reservations

For reservations of more than 8 people or groups (always in compliance with the sanitary measures in force), please contact us at info@venezia.com, your request will be dealt with during office hours and will be confirmed in a maximum period of 48 hours.

General conditions and cancellation policy no-show

The confirmation of a reservation implies the acceptance by the client of our general conditions that include the cancellation and no-show policy contemplated in our reservation process and in the confirmation of this.

This establishment may apply a penalty for canceled or No-Show reservations that will depend on how far in advance the cancellation is communicated:

- Cancellation more than 12 hours in advance: free of penalty.

- Cancellation less than 12 hours in advance: €25 per person.

Reconfirmation of the reservation

Our reservation manager will contact you 24 hours before the reservation to reconfirm your reservation, before entering our period subject to our cancellation and No-Show policy, in case of not being able to reconfirm the reservation, it will be automatically cancelled.

Both the penalty for non-presentation of the guest/s and the penalty for not having the establishment available for the provision of the service at the established time must be understood to come into force only and exclusively after a courtesy time that is set at 15 minutes for both parties.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY (ADVERSE WEATHER AND CASES OF FORCE MAJEURE)

In those cases in which the establishment cannot provide the service with the due guarantees and qualities due to force majeure and/or adverse weather conditions that are beyond its control and that could not be foreseen at the time of formalizing the reservation, no The cancellation conditions established in the preceding general condition will apply. Therefore, reservations will be automatically cancelled.
